Food is an important part of it all and we take utmost care when buying ingredients and preparing the meals we serve. Our homemade bread, bread rolls, cakes and icecream form a strong "German" base. The European influence of the neighbours France, Italy, Denmark, Austria and Switzerland all shine through as well. We work with a German Masterbutcher who has 40 years of experience in producing fine German Sausages from only the best ingredients (all gluten-free and no added fillers).
