The Dalgety Brewing Company was formed in late 2008.
It is the first commercially produced beer in the Snowy Mountains region.
In 2007, The Snowy Vineyard Estate was awarded a federal government tourism grant for the construction of a cellar door, wine tasting room, and restaurant.
Being beer and wine lovers and hoping to attract additional patrons, the brewery concept was born. Their little mash pilot pumps out 10 cases of beer per brew, and is currently going flat out, three times a day....
